Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Game Producer to join our growing team. As a Junior Game Producer at HASOO, you will be essential in project management and production of our mobile educational games and PC/Console titles. You will work closely with our development teams using Unity and Unreal Engine to bring our games to life. While not mandatory, familiarity with submitting games to Google Play or the App Store is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development teams to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and successful delivery of games.
• Assist in defining project goals, objectives, and scope and communicate these effectively to the team.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering communication and resolving issues that may arise during development.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Help manage project budgets and resources, including time and personnel allocation.
• Assist in quality assurance processes, ensuring the final product meets our high standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development and production.
• The Junior Game Producer will report directly to the Head of Product at HASOO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in game design, development, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong passion for video games and a solid understanding of game development processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of Unity and Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Nice to have: Experience submitting games to Google Play or the App Store as an App Manager.
